Sunsail Catamarans - Walvis Bay
When visiting the Namibian Coast, it is imperative to experience a boat trip on the famous Walvis Bay Lagoon. Sun Sail Charters operates 3 luxurious Catamarans, seating 15-30 people. 'Bulls Head Campsite' is situated 3 km east of the Guestfarm offering a great view of the surrounding mountains. A toilet, shower, dishwashing facility, water taps near the camp ground and a shaded area for tents or entertainment is available (no electrical plug points, but the ablution block offers solar lights). “Old Police Station Site” is located on the western side of the farm and an exclusive campsite for one group at the time – it is for true nature lovers and ideal for larger groups or private parties. The spot also features cemented natural stone benches, Toilets, showers, dishwashing facilities, water taps and lots of shady spots. No electricity!
Natural Rock pools for swimming can be found on a walk up the quiver tree gorge.
