Stellenbosch first SA town to offer free Wi-Fi

Stellenbosch will become the first town in South Africa to have the entire town under free Wi-Fi.

After successfully providing free Wi-Fi to residents and students in the Stellenbosch city centre, the municipality has started rolling out its “internet connectivity project” in Cloetesville, Idas Valley and Kayamandi, according to a report by the Cape Argus

It certainly is a fantastic initiative in Stellenbosch that gives travellers the optimum freedom to connect to a wealth of experiences. This also applies to our communities that are in great need of connecting to the world of knowledge at no cost
